A while ago the Church Times and CEN removed the facility from non-subscribers to find out where clergy had recently been appointed. So for my readers, below is a collection of links to diocesan pages where you should be able to collect that info:
Bath and Wells seem to have broken links from this page
Birmingham publish their appointments on their bulletin page
Blackburn either don’t have such a thing or have hidden it too well on their website

Sadly the Times & Telegraph don’t publish the info online either, and the CofE have told me that they aren’t going to as it would be ‘unfair to the newspapers’.
Here is the info page for Chelmsford Diocese, which seems rather out of date but there is a RSS feed that could be helpful. For example there are two changes in Walthamstow Team Parish that have not appeared yet – one a good month ago and a licensing next week!
